...Spidey Vs. The Sinister Six 2012...

Here we have it, the last Illustration I will be creating from scratch for a bit. I have a habit of doing a full blown illustration about Spider-man, simply showcasing my love for the character and generally I have him in a specific local in NYC. I am from NYC so I feel that I need to take advantage of this fact with my favorite character being the focus of the image.

This past year was more hectic, and difficult for me than I realized it would be. I wasn't able to create a background for this scene to happen in unfortunately for various reasons. I still have that idea in my mind which will get done at some time or another. Thankfully I have learned a lot through everything I experienced this year and I look forward to what 2013 brings!

Spider-man vs. The Sinister Six, do you have a favorite line up? We all know it's changed so many times and I don't think Venom and Kraven have been on the team at the same time, but I felt they both needed to be present here. Do you have a favorite villain outside of the group dynamic? I almost added the Lizard in the negative space in the lower left side, having him closer to the viewer in the foreground in front of Electro, but then I realized there would be a LOT of green in this image and went with Venom instead to round out the image a bit more.
